New sim card has been put in samsung s5 now we cannot get mobile internet
We ordered a new sim card for my sons Samsung s5, prior to changing the sim everything was working fine however for the last 10 days since changing the card he has had no mobile internet. We have called virgin who have no help what so ever over the phone. Can anyone give any advice. He has rebooted the phone loads of times, search network connections and select virgin but nothing has worked, any more ideas?
