I've been trying to contact your customer service number for the last few days, its totally impossible. No one answers the phones and I can't get through to an agent.
My elderly father has received a new sim card. When we put it in his phone we get the message "invalid sim inserted. Please insert a valid sim".
How do we get round this error message?
His phone is a d Nokia model RM-1037 Code 059w7d6
Please help as your contact centre numbers just put us in an endless que!
