New replacement Oomph sim not registering to network
So, i have recently received a replacement oomph sim however after 24 hours of having it in an unlocked iphone 6 it is still not registering to any network. I have tried manually setting network carrier and no luck. network settings have been reset along wit APN settings. The sim is recognised as a virgin sim within the settings. I have tried other sim cards in this device and they work no problem. i have tried this replacement sim in another device and it still does not register.
Along with this i have a message prompt pop up asking my to update carrier settings. When i then click update nothing happens.
