Had to get my phone unlocked from ee when I upgrade to new purple sim, but alast still
not working as saying no network coverage now it has been unlocked. i have waiting 24 hours and still no change. Do I have to new the new sim activated by virgin mobile?
This is a pay monthly contact on a iphone 8
Still no service another 24 hours , tries resetting the networks , airplane mode etc
cant get nothing, tried calling virgin all closed
Another 24 hours of no service, I've looked into canceling the contract but does not seem a way to do that at the moment,
certainly not without a working phone.
Just feels like getting nowhere, no replys on the forum, no call centres and no online help
been with out a phone well over a week with new sim locking the phone firstly and now no service.
