New phone

Hello I have just today sent in an order for a new contract phone i confirmed my email address in the email sent to me and it said I have to wait for further checks and they will contact me but when I go to log into my virgin mobile account it says wrong email when it is the one I used to order my phone so now I have no idea if my phone was actually ordered or not can anyone help?? Thank you in advance

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that you have not heard from us regarding this. Can I ask have you been sent an e-contract? If not you may have failed our credit checks.
