I've got a contract of 12 months and wanted to buy a new phone from virgin media and the phone comes with unlimited data minutes and text.
If i bought this phone would this plan be switched with my previous one of 12 month's

If you purchased the new phone this would enter you into a new contract, subject to a satisfactory credit check.
