New oomph customer. Still have not received SIM card

Hi 

My Oomph broadband service was finally installed on 4-May but I still haven't received my Virgin Mobile SIM card. Please help!

I finally managed to get through to Virgin Media's team and they have now arranged for the SIM card to be sent out. Thanks for your help and PM.
