New mobile plan

I have just come to the end of my first VM contract and have renewed. My new contract includes a 5GB Oomph SIM for free and I received a new SIM today.

My Virgin Media shows my old contract which had a 1GB SIM for £7 per month which we never used, and a 2GB SIM for free which I did use (under the family plan). 

My Virgin Mobile account still shows the old plan. How do I activate the new 5GB plan which started 2 days ago? As VM are going to start charging for the second SIM I also want to get rid of it as we've never used it so I don't want to start paying for it.

Thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

Have you managed to get this resolved since your post? Is the account now showing the correct sim? Sometime it can take a little while to show on your online account.
