New mobile phone order - no email

I’ve ordered a new mobile contract this morning and have not received the confirmation email or the email containing the credit agreement.  This needs to be done with 48 hours and I would like peace of mind that this is all complete in time for Xmas.  I have checked junk mail and inbox and they are not there.  Can someone contact me pls

This is a community forum so likely a response from the team will take longer than you want.

Virgins ordering system seem to be a complete mess and has been for some time. Post after post on here confirms that.

At the moment I could not advise any of my friends to buy from Virgin

Really sorry to hear that you've had some issues getting your credit agreement sent, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
