I received my new iPhone and SIM from VM over a week ago and the service has not switched over from my old phone still.
I can see a VM mobile signal and can receive data via 4G and wifi but my incoming calls are still going to my old handset
My old mobile is an iPhone as well and was on a VM contract
Could you someone check the status of my SIM transfer?
