New mobile no charger

Hi my wife's new mobile arrived today but there's no charger in the box, all that came was the phone.

I'm sorry to see that your wife's handset has come without a charger. Can you please confirm what handset she has been given so I can have this checked?

Thanks for confirming, I have checked this and it seems like the charger and cable do not come included with this particular handset.

Ah ok looks like I'll have to buy a new one, more expense I don't need after buying a new phone.

Many of the latest phones don't come with chargers. Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony and some others
