As with other people in this community I placed an order for a contract phone with Virgin, received confirmation of everything including direct debit date, new phone number etc etc and delivery tracking information. On the day my phone was due to be delivered I checked courier who informed that the phone would not be delivered and had to be returned to sender. No explanation as to yet but when i log into virgin mobile all my information is live and as if the contract has started. Please advise my next steps.
