I've joined community because I can't get any help from Virgin Media at all.
I am a Virgin Media account holder. I pay for TV, Broadband and a landline service. I have a mobile contract with another provider. i have received a Virgin mobile letter and new SIM through the post with a new mobile phone number despite not having a contract with virgin mobile. I can't get through to any Virgin Media help line or chat, despite numerous efforts. Is this a scam, is it fraud or is it just a sales gimmick? I am a bit worried that I may get charged for something I didn't order?
Any help would be appreciated as this is quite a worry for us.
