New customer - sim hasn’t arrived

Hi!

has anyone else had this problem? It has been twelve days since I registered.

My billing started immediately!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that you've not yet had your SIM card, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

Do you still need help with the SIM now? 

If so please reply to the personal message I'm sending and we'll take a closer look from there.
