New customer parked

Hi, I made a order yesterday and as soon as I did it my account/ order came up parked and told me to contact a number, I done so and over the phone they have told me I will receive my order today but I am unsure about this as my account still says parked, can I get some help with this please, thanks

This seems to be happening a lot.... There are loads of people complaining about this same issue.

 

Do yourself a favour, call them and cancel everything within the 14 day cooling off period before it's too late, then go and use a better company.

I got the same, they messed up the order twice, in the end when they said we need to start from scratch I told them where to go, went to Sky Mobile and got it next day...
