Hi folks,
Please can you help me, I have tried all channels and I cannot get anybody..
I signed up to sim only plan and attempted multiple times to port number over to VM but the web application will not work for me, it just keeps saying incorrect OTP.
I have tried calling but cannot get through, as I write this I tried in desperation to phone sales team to see if they could sort me and I did get through to someone who transferred me to tech support and I am still here on hold for 31 minutes..
Can someone please offer some help, I haven't even got to try out the network coverage yet (I did switch on sim in phone to see if it would help with port, but no).
