New customer not received Oomph SIM

Hi,

I joined Virgin over a month ago with Oomph as part of the package, but I've never received my SIM. I've tried phoning and using web chat and either can't get through or get told to contact a different department.... I've seen that various others have had success through here, so could somebody please help me!

Thanks for your post and welcome t our community. 

Very sorry to hear that you're having issues getting your SIM card, this isn't good. 

We can certainly have a look from here and see what's going on, to do this I'll need to pop you a personal message and grab some details.
