Hi, I have recently switched to Virgin mobile. I noticed I couldn't access reddit.com, and found by googling that I needed to deactivate parental controls to do this.
I have tried to do this on multiple occasions yesterday and today but it gives me an error message saying to please try again later. Could someone please fix this problem for me - I found a forum post about this where a customer representative got in touch with OP to fix it.
