New contract phone order parked

Hi I've got a tv/broadband contract with virgin no problem very happy with it so I decided to take out a mobile phone contract as well I went through the process got to the end the screen said thankyou vert much it's down to use we will be in touch your order is PARKED that was sunday. Now I may sound inpatient but it was under the impression I would have my new phone Monday morning and I'm a bit disappointed I havnt e en heard what's going on. I dont understand how I can fly through the credit check for tv and broadband with no delay yet this mobile contract is a problem I've never had any credit check issues can some one please help many thanks lisa-jane
