New contract no sim card?

Just signed a new contract. Phone turns up but no sim card. Bit like giving a toy for xmas with no batteries.

Is this normal?

Had no notification if it is in post or that it has not been forgotten.

Hard to contact anyone to talk with. Would have thought I could contact through my virgin media/my account rather than be bounced around sites.

Bad start, Not happy

and still no sim card

Is this a totally new contract or have you upgraded.

If the latter you use your old SIM and the allowance will change on your refresh date.

I have taken a look on our side and can see you've spoken with one our agents who has been able to assist further.

 

Is this resolved for you now?
