New bundle package

I am a new customer and purchased a bundle which included a mobile sim which I have been chasing because it was not delivered.Today having managed to get through and talk to someone I was told the reason I hadn’t and won’t get the sim is because virgin mobile cannot verify my credit score with a joint account but they were able to for the media package side of things is this true?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome, I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to get a mobile sim due to a credit check.

 

The credit checks for cable and mobile are slightly different , because you have a home service this doesn't always been you will get the mobile services also.
