Hi there I’m having issues.

 

ive received 4 emails one of which said your in the gang.  I’ve set up my online account and when I login it says oops there has been a problem. In a box at the top of the page and I’ve not had a delivery date.

If you're receiving an error when logging into your My Virgin Media, could you please try to do so on another device or web browser to see if you get the same error message?

still having issues 

tried on mobile device with safari and also chrome on pc
