New account registration problem - security question
Hello, I am trying to register for a mobile account for a virgin pay monthly SIM but it keeps asking me for a security answer which i did not set, so i don't know what the answer is. Then it asks me to call the call centre if I don't know that answer, problem is the call centre is closed because of COVID, and there is no live chat option either or email support. Help would be most appreciated to get past this security question and register the account. Thanks
