New Volt contract issue with o2 part…not told about it and no sim received

Urgently needing some help. The retention team have changed my package but did not tell me about the 02 part of it and my virgin mobile is about to be cancelled yet I have still not had any new o2 sim so not sure what to do. I cannot be without my mobile phone as I use it for work. Tried messaging and calling virgin but no one seems to be able to help. Can anyone offer any advice?

Sure sorry about that…could I also ask if for once someone could at least provide help though and not just say they don’t know when I call and hang on for an hour…thanks
