Urgently needing some help. The retention team have changed my package but did not tell me about the 02 part of it and my virgin mobile is about to be cancelled yet I have still not had any new o2 sim so not sure what to do. I cannot be without my mobile phone as I use it for work. Tried messaging and calling virgin but no one seems to be able to help. Can anyone offer any advice?
