New Virgin SIM card never arrived

Hello,

I received a text message about two weeks ago about an update to Virgin Mobile's service which meant I'd be sent a new SIM as my old one would stop working. However, I still haven't received this new SIM and now I'm unable to use my current SIM.

Any help is appreciated.
