New Virgin Customer has ported and now msg: SIM not provisioned

I have just ported over my existing eir number to Virgin - and I can see Virgin IE is now my operator, but I am getting the message SIM not provisioned.

And I can't or receive ANY CALLS.

Can you please help me resolve this asap.
