Just put in my new Oomph Sim Card into my Samsung S7.
Virgin shows immediately on screen. Connects to Wifi no problem. But unable to make calls or send text messages. However, able to recieve calls/SMS.

Have tried to call (no answer), have texted (lamentable). Need to have a functioning phone immediately. Please help!!

Have you tried the sim card in an alternative handset at all? Has a reboot of the handset resolved any issues?
