New Simcard

Hi

I been receiving letters from Virgin about my mobile sim card. The letters say change to our new sim card but when I put in the new sim card it said emergency calls only so I went back to using the original one but now that one has been turned off and I can't use the phone because of it. I am unable to call because I don't have the sim card and there is no way to contact you virgin other than the phone that you have turned off which I think is ridiculous in this day and age. If you receive this message can you please arrange for a new sim card?

Some phones were locked to EE network, not your fault. If you can use another phone - 03456000789 9am to 6pm chargeable.

I don't understand how badly this has been handled!
