I received an email on 7th May saying my Sim is on its way. It still hasnt arrived and tomorrow will be day 7. Is this indicatitive of Virgin media and have I made a mistake by joining?

Can you confirm if this was a mobile/SIM only order or was this part of a Virgin Media package?

I spole with somebody today who assured me the card had been ordered for my address. She has re-ordered another one which I am hoping (but not expecting) arrives before my contract with my current provider runs out on Monday.
Please keep us updated on the SIM card and fingers crossed it gets there before you're cut off with the old provider.
The original SimCard arrived today.
