i recently received a new SIM for my mobile but I can't get it to work. There is no prompt or anything to put in a PIN number. All I am getting is a message for emergency calls only. Please help
Sorry to see you are having issues getting your sim card to work, just to confirm is this a brand new sim order or is it a replacement sim due to a fault or the previous one being lost?
Were you also sent any activation instructions with this sim? Also what if any error messages are you seeing?
