New Sim

hi

i recently received a new SIM for my mobile but I can't get it to work. There is no prompt or anything to put in a PIN number. All I am getting is a message for emergency calls only. Please help

thanks for your post.

Sorry to see you are having issues getting your sim card to work, just to confirm is this a brand new sim order or is it a replacement sim due to a fault or the previous one being lost? 

Were you also sent any activation instructions with this sim? Also what if any error messages are you seeing?

Hi thanks for replying. It's a replacement, replacing a lost SIM (which was new and never activated)

there are no error messages I can see
