Hi just a quick update.
VM have sent me a new phone.
Thank you to the VIPs on here that sorted it all out for me. New sim works..........phew.
Anybody else having the same problem...........if you bought your old mobile directly from VM and the new sim does not work then they have to sort it out.
If they cannot get the sim to work in your old phone then they have to replace it.
So my old virgin phone doesn't work with new sim card. What happens to the credit on old sim card?
My credit from old sim is on the new sim that is now working in the new phone.
Contact people on here..........there is no other way to get through to VM.
As long as you got old phone new,directly from VM, then they should supply you with a new phone.
