I have three sim cards registered to my account but only one new sim. Could you please send out the other two as I've been told they will stop working soon.
How do you contact customer service?
Dialling 789 just directs you back to the website? There are no chat options on the website either. I don't have my new sim but keep getting messages to say the service will end soon!
