New Sim

I received a text to say insert new SIM but I haven't received one to insert!!! I need a new SIM!!!

I'm really sorry you've not had a new SIM yet, I know you're keen to stay connected. 

It might be that we don't have an up to date address for you or the SIM has got lost, but no worries we can certainly sort this either way.

Can you confirm the following:

Your full name 

Are you the account holder 

Your mobile number 

The first, third and fifth letter of your memorable word 

And the address you need the SIM to go to?
