Please help, can't get hold of anyone to sort this simple thing out.
As part of my new package I signed up to in Dec, I got a sim card. I did not active the Sim and now wish to. I guess the SIM I have is now deactivated (8mths later) and I wish to get a new SIM sent out to start using the service - how do I get a sim sent out to me.
The chat bot does not know what to do and I waited over an hour and then got cut off, just to ask for a new sim. Please help.
