Received new sim today keep getting message not registered on network

Really sorry you're having this issue, I know you'll be keen to get connected.
Can I ask if the SIM has been fully activated as per the instructions it came with?
If so it can take up to 24 hours so has it fixed itself yet?
In the case it hasn't please let us know and we can assist further from here 🙂
It’s very intermittent, often my phone says emergency calls only. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I never received a text message to say it was up and running but I have had other texts from VM since changing the sim.
No worries, I'll pop you a message now and I can see what's going on.
