New Sim on Existing A/C - You've Been Warned

Shame. After over an hour of waiting to get through to Customer Service, was told by Spark that I can't port my old number (also with Virgin) to the new upgraded plan. But I could buy my way out of the new plan (it's brand new so that's a year of charges). So, my other 4 plans with Virgin will be leaving at the end of their term as clearly Virgin don't value existing Customers. Competition drives service, shame Virgin Mobile haven't read that particular book...
