I have been sent a new Sim card for the recent migration scheme. I am stuck in Italy for a few weeks and the new Sim card does not work The message says SIM not supported. Any ideas how I can solve this please?

Have you been able to get this sorted since posting? If not. can you please confirm if the handset you are using was purchased from us and if you've followed the unlocking instructions provided with the SIM?
