New Sim not connected to network

I have unlocked a mobile from a different provider. The Virgin SIM will not connect to the network.

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having trying to connect your mobile to our network. Have you been able to get this done since your last post?

 

If you're still having issues, please could advise if there are any errors as BenMcr asked above.
