Hi

I have a new O2 sim for my Virgin Mobile and have kept the same phone number. I had a missed call today but there is no Voicemail number stored now. Where do I find this please.

As it is an O2 SIM you need to direct your requests via them.

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

As advised via @enlli - we would need you to contact O2 for them to take a look into this as for now we have no access to the systems required to manage O2 SIMs.
