New Sim no data


There was a thread re sim issues, that asked us to post a reply to gt help, just seen u posted saying now we won't get help on there....thanks for that!

Been waiting weeks for my new sim, no one on your phone lines, everyone else is working from home coronavirus not a suitable excuse. Have put in a complaint and left many messages. Not had ANY data since joining Virgin.

Looking at the forum it seems Virgin are awful, poor customer service and not helpful at all.

Please help, will have to leave if not. Mark
