Have just had the most frustrating call ever with someone on the line 0345 454 1111. I was sent a new SIM Card that comes up as missing or invalid. Totally unhelpful and now been without a phone for two weeks. I have also received a letter from virgin saying they would still be charging me even if I do not fit the new sim card.
The direct debit for my phone will be cancelled tomorrow. By the look of the number of posts about similar sim card issues Virgin have a serious problem.
