Hi, recently you sent me a message to say that you were sending me a replacement sim card. You then sent me a message to say that it had been sent, however the address that you sent it to was my old address and I am unable to collect it from there.
how can I arrange for a replacement sim card to be sent to my new address, which, by the way is already lodged in my account on your web-site.
Hi, I have the same issue. Probably new SIM was sent to my old address. I have updated the address on my Virgin account, but SIM card was already sent. I need 3 new SIM cards, because 3 phone number are assigned to my account. Can anybody help me, please?
