New Sim card has not arrived

My 88 yr old mother in law has been receiving texts telling her that a new sim card has been sent to her but it has not arrived. It has been a few weeks now and she is becoming increasingly distressed about this. Can you help? She does not have internet access and needs can't get through on the phone (of course!).

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that your relative has been having issues with a replacement SIM and it not arriving. We will be able to take a look in to this for her with you, however we would need to pass security. 

 

If you are able to do pass security (you'd need to know the memorable word, account holder name and address) please let us know and we'll private message to run through it. Please don't share any personal information unless it's via a private message.
