After replacing my existing Virgin SIM with a new Virgin SIM which I received through the post the phone now displays a "Network lock Password" message and the unlock code which came with the card doesn't work. I have twice requested an Unlock code after filling out the online form but have heard nothing back. Can someone tell me what is happening.
The new sim card worked perfectly fine for my mum's phone (both phones are registered in my name online).
I would use the text messaging service but when I put the old sim card in, the phone starts up ok but I can't send texts from it.
