I keep getting texts telling me to insert the new sim you sent me. now telling me services will be disrupted if I don’t do it.
I have never received the sim from you. It’s impossible to speak to someone about this as your call centre is still closed. can someone from virgin please help!

We have made some changes to our network which will require our customers to have a new sim card. I am really sorry you haven't received this from us yet.
I would love to see what we can do to rectify this and have sent you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope at the top and reply when you can.
