New Sim - Not Received - Please HELP

Hi,

i have been sent a message on my virgin mobile number that i need to replace my sim with a new sim that Virgin Mobile has sent me within 10 days or face losing service but i have not received no new sim through the post. Could someone from the Virgin Media team urgently contact me on pm me as i do not want to lose service. I use the sim on a daily basis and cannot afford to lose service.
