I received my new phone, a Samsung A32 5G, today whatever I try to do I cant get the SIM to register.
When I started I wasn't asked to provide any SIM unlock PIN.
Can anyone help?

When you go into your online account does it give you the option to activate your SIM.
You could also ring customer services from your old SIM 789 if it is Virgin 0345 6000 789 if not

Is your old SIM Virgin and are you keeping it's number (ie are you upgrading).
If so there is a good chance your old SIM will switch to 5G as from a technical point there is no such thing as a Virgin 5G SIM whatever is printed on the packet
