New SIM

I received my replacement SIM card last week and followed the instructions that came with it but nothing seems to work. I have sent the text READY to 789678 but the reply is "we are sorry you are having problems with your phone", I do not get a text letting me know its time to switch my SIM.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with activating the SIM, I would be happy to help.
