New SIM

Hi,

I got a free sim card when I signed up for virgin media. I have misplaced this during a recent house move. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement?

Cheers,

Gary

Re: New SIM

Ok so my internet doesn’t have a great signal even when I am in the same room as it. Also I have an old house with stone/brick walls. I have only been given 1 booster but even that isn’t great. I have read on forums that a mesh network would be better and I have seen Virgin have released their own mesh network that I am eligible for due to my package. Could I get them sent out to me? Is there anything that can be done about the fact my signal in general doesn’t seem good?
