ive been trying to obtain 4 new SIM cards for my family and a friend.
We have supplied address details when prompted via txt messages, but are still receiving the same messages. So I tried to order on line, again no success as when I've input all details and submit, get error message saying go back to the start.
All four phones we have are old basic pre smart phones PAYG and are used for txt messages and phone calls only, with credit balances totalling £500.
After reading the forum I don't want the new SIM as it appears it won't work on our old Samsung phones anyway. What do we do about being reimbursed for our credit balances, as we have been informed that our old SIM won't work after 30 days.
I feel worried and sick trying to explain this to my elderly friend and my disabled brother.
